Your package will be delivered by PostNL. If you order on a working day between 08:00 and 22:00, your order will be delivered the next working day by PostNL.
You will always receive a tracking & trace code with your order. This code will be sent to your email address as soon as the package has been handed over to the shipping service.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave the package with your neighbours or at a local PostNL point. They will leave a card with a 'not-at-home code', which you can use on the tracking & trace to see where you can collect your package. Note: PostNL stores your package for one week at a PostNL point before returning it to us.
Regarding delivery time, packages ordered on working days are usually delivered within 24 hours, but this can sometimes take up to 48 hours depending on the shipping service's workload.
Shipping costs for your order are €3.95. If your order exceeds €50, shipping is free.
