Warranty and returns

60-night trial

You may try a OnePillow pillow at home for 60 nights. If you wish to return it within this period, please register your return via info@onepillow.nl. The trial period is an additional service from OnePillow and is separate from the cancellation rights below.

Right of cancellation

You can cancel any order up to 30 days after receipt without giving reasons. After registering your return, you have another 30 days to send the products back.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@onepillow.nl. Do not send a return without registration. You will receive return instructions from us.

Return costs and depreciation

If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for return.

Refund

You will receive a full refund including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the webshop is at your expense. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after your return registration, provided the product has been received in good condition or you have proven it was sent back.

Damage, issues and warranty

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and resolve it for you.

All products sold by OnePillow come with a one-year warranty. Damage caused by incorrect washing is not covered. If in doubt, always contact us and we will find a suitable solution together.
