Returns and cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have another 30 days to return the product.

You can also use the statutory withdrawal form or notify us in another clear way that you wish to cancel the contract.

The direct costs of returning the product from your home to the webshop are your responsibility.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount including the original shipping costs. We will refund the amount within 14 days after your cancellation notification, once the product has been received in good condition or you have proven that it has been sent back.

During the 60-night trial, you may use the pillow as normal. You may sleep on it, adjust the height, and wash the covers as you would with normal use.

For returns, we expect the complete package back: the pillow, all included covers, the removed filling, and the adjustment guide. Please pack everything carefully to prevent damage during return shipping. Damage beyond normal use may lead to depreciation.

The trial period is a voluntary extra service from OnePillow and is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal above. If you wish to return, please register your return via Returnless and include your order number.
