Ordering and delivery

  • Your package is delivered by PostNL. If you order Monday to Friday before 22:00, your order is usually delivered the next day. If you order at the weekend before Sunday 21:00, the expected delivery day is Monday. Delivery may take longer around holidays or during busy periods.

  • You will receive a track-and-trace code with your order. We send this to your email as soon as the package is handed over to the shipping service.

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, PostNL will leave your package with a neighbour or at a local PostNL point. They will leave a card with a ‘not-at-home code’ which you can use to track & your package and see where you can collect it. Please note: PostNL keeps your package at the collection point for one week before returning it to us.

  • Orders placed on working days are usually delivered within 24 hours. During busy periods, this may take up to 48 hours, depending on the shipping service’s capacity.
